Lamborghini Countach- Walter Wolf Countach – best Lamborghini racing wallpapers

(Lamborghini Countach) Walter Wolf Countach
In 1975, Walter Wolf, a wealthy Canadian businessman and owner of the Wolf F1 Racing team in the 1970s, purchased an LP400; however, he was not satisfied with the LP400’s engine and asked Gianpaolo Dallara, the chief engineer of Lamborghini at that time, to create a special high-power version of the Countach. It was the “code No. 1120148” Walter Wolf special with an engine identical to the 5.0 L (310 cu in) engine from the Countach LP500 prototype, which generated 333 kW (453 PS; 447 hp) at 7,900 rpm and enabled the car to attain a theoretical maximum speed of 315 or 324 km/h (196 or 201 mph). This model also featured the upgraded wheels, Pirelli P7 tyres, large fender flares, and front and rear spoilers of the LP400 S model. It was painted red with black fender flares, and was designated “LP500 S” like the standard Countach model from the 1980s, and was the stepping stone that led to this later production model. Two other Wolf specials were produced, one painted blue, No. 1120202 (currently in Germany) and one navy blue, No. 1121210 (this car was owned by Wolf for a long time, but was eventually sold, it is currently owned by Japanese businessman Shinji Fukuda). Both of the later Wolf cars used the original 5.0-litre engine commissioned by Wolf, transplanted to each car in turn. lambo aventador, supercars, lamborghini aventador wallpapers, Lamborghini Countach wallpapers, lambo veneno wallpaper

(Lamborghini Aventador)Aventador LP740-4 S (2016?present)
The Lamborghini Aventador S was revealed on 19 December 2016 at the Sant’Agata factory. Official reveal of the car took place at the March 2017 Geneva Motor Show. The Aventador S is an update to the then outgoing Aventador with mechanical and exterior changes. The updated exterior of the car was designed by Lamborghini’s head of design Mitja Borkert. The 6.5 litre V12 engine now produces 740 PS (544 kW; 730 hp) at 8,400 rpm (40 PS (39 hp; 29 kW) more than the standard Aventador) and 690 N?m (509 lb?ft) of torque at 5,500 rpm. The performance figures remain the same as the standard Aventador. Lamborghini Aventador wallpapers#urus #LamborghiniDiablo #gallardo #veneno #gallardo

Lamborghini Countach Prototype – Lamborghini race wallpaper

(Lamborghini Countach) Prototype and production Countach bodies were constructed primarily of unstressed aluminum panels. Stanzani had initially considered fabricating body panels from the lightweight alloy Avional, primarily used in aircraft construction, but found it expensive and difficult to obtain. A more conventional aluminum alloy was used instead. Prototypes used aluminum panels between 1-1.2 mm thick, increased to 1.5 mm (0.059 in) for the production LP400. The aluminum body panels were fabricated by Bertone. These panels were supported by thin steel frames welded to the main chassis. Once the panels were in place, factory workers would then hand-form them in order to adjust the final body shape, surface smoothness and gaps between panels. As the spaceframe chassis did not have an integrated floor panel, a separate fiberglass and aluminum panel was installed underneath the passenger compartment. Although the LP400 used an all-aluminum body, later versions of the Countach would incorporate body components made of fiberglass and carbon composites. urus wallpaper, gallardo, lamborghini veneno wallpapers, Lamborghini Countach wallpapers, lamborghini

(Lamborghini Huracan)Records and Controversy
In October 2016, a prototype of the Performante set a lap time of 6:52.01 on the N?rburgring Nordschleife, with Marco Mapelli behind the wheel, making it one of the world’s fastest production cars around the track. This lap was also made on Marco Mapelli’s first attempt. However, some critics have stated complaints around the car’s lap time, from the official video being sped up to make the lap believable, to the speeds displayed in the video being false or that it did not use road tires. However, Lamborghini was able to prove that the lap the Performante did was fully legitimate exactly a week after the lap around the Nordschleife when they revealed the data to car website, Road & Track. M?t? Petrany of R&T had met with lead engineer of Lamborghini, Maurizio Reggiani, to ask about the lap. It was then revealed by Reggiani that the Performante’s active aerodynamic system called Aerodinamica Lamborghini Attiva is what gives the car the greatest improvement in lap time. What is more important is the spoilers snapping into their lowest-drag setting when the Performante is aimed forward, which results in the removal of acceleration impediment that big aero causes. The Huracan Performante’s lap time was beaten by the Porsche 911 GT2 RS which set a lap time of 6:47.3 in September 2017. Lamborghini Huracan wallpapers#gallardo #Cars #veneno #LamboUrus #gallardo

Lamborghini Diablo Introduction – Lambo Huracan wallpaper

(Lamborghini Diablo) Introduction
In 1995, the ownership of Lamborghini was restructured. Indonesian company V’Power Corporation held 60 percent of the shareholding while the remaining 40 percent stake was controlled by a Malaysian company MyCom Bhd. The restructured ownership hired Vittorio Di Capua, an infamous automobile industry veteran, who had worked at Fiat S.p.A for 40 years as the new President and CEO of the company, thus replacing Mike Kimberley who had disagreements with the shareholders. Di Capua, after taking the position, initiated a cost cutting program that led to the departure of many executives and consultants. Under his guidance, the development of the aging Diablo’s successor began under the code name P147 (later changed to L147). Di Capua made a decision to use the Diablo’s chassis and running gear for the working prototypes in order to save development costs. This development program led to the development of two prototypes, named the Canto and the Acosta. sportscar wallpaper, car wallpaper, lamborghini wallpaper, Lamborghini Diablo wallpapers, gallardo wallpaper

Reception
In a test drive of the LP 550-2 Valentino Balboni, the test driver bearing the name of the car said he was against E-gear because it takes some amount of vehicle control away from the driver, and all-wheel drive Lamborghinis from the beginning, and the company was divided over AWD cars. In that review, an LP 550-2 with E-Gear was tested. Lamborghini Gallardo wallpapers#LamborghiniMurcielago #CarWallpapers #LamborghiniAventador #LamborghiniAventador #gallardo

Lamborghini Huracan Performante – white Lamborghini Huracan front wallpaper

(Lamborghini Countach) The second Countach prototype (chassis number 1120001) was shown to the public at the 1973 Geneva Motor Show (painted red) and at the 1973 Paris Motor Show (painted green). The bodywork of this car was much closer to that of the LP400 production model, and now incorporated the side NACA ducts and air intake boxes tested on the first prototype. This car showed some styling details from the first prototype that would not carry over into production, including trapezoidal windows and a bumperless nose with silver, recessed grill. This was the first car to be equipped with the tubular full spaceframe chassis used on production models. This car was fitted with the 3.9 liter engine, although contemporary press releases still designated it as an “LP500”, possibly because Lamborghini engineers still intended to use a 5.0 liter engine in the production version. In addition to appearing at motor shows, Lamborghini engineers used the second prototype for road testing and as a reference to create the wooden master pattern for all body panels. This car currently resides in the Lamborghini factory museum. gallardo lamborghini, lambo wallpaper, gallardo, Lamborghini Countach wallpapers, aventador

Lamborghini Miura An eighth SV/J – white Huracan Lamborghini wallpaper

(Lamborghini Miura) An eighth SV/J was built at the Lamborghini factory between 1983 and 1987 from an unused Miura S chassis. This was made for Jean Claude Mimran, one of the Mimran brothers, the then owner of Lamborghini. Most experts do not recognize this as an “official” SVJ due to it being converted (albeit done by the factory) long after the Miura went out of production.

Further Miuras were subsequently upgraded to SVJ specifications (trying to imitate the real factory SVJs) by various garages of Switzerland, USA and Japan. aventador, lambo veneno, lambo veneno, Lamborghini Miura wallpapers, lamborghini gallardo

(Lamborghini Diablo)Keeping the suggestions in consideration, the car was heavily redesigned in 1999 and special attention was given to shorten the air intakes. The car was to be unveiled to the public at the 1999 Geneva Motor Show with plans of putting it into production but the car did not receive Pi?ch’s approval, primarily due to his continuing dissatisfaction with the design along with the use of the Diablo’s running gear and the project was shelved. Lamborghini Islero History – white Lamborghini wallpaper Huracan Rear

(Lamborghini Islero) History
Since Carrozzeria Touring, the company that designed Lamborghini’s chassis, was bankrupt, Carrozzeria Marazzi was the next logical choice as it was funded by Carlo Marazzi, an old employee of Touring, with sons Mario and Serafino. The design was essentially a rebody of the 400GT, but the track was altered to allow for wider tires and while the Islero’s body suffered from a lack of proper fit between the panels, its good outward visibility, roomier interior, and much improved soundproofing made it an improvement over previous models. It had a 325 bhp (242 kW; 330 PS) 4.0 L (3929 cc) V12 engine, a five-speed transmission, fully independent suspension, and disc brakes. Its top speed was rated at 154 mph (248 km/h) and acceleration from 0 to 60 mph (97 km/h) took 6.4 seconds. 125 Isleros were built. When leaving the factory the Islero originally fitted Pirelli Cinturato 205VR15 tyres (CN72). veneno wallpaper, lambo huracan, veneno wallpaper, Lamborghini Islero wallpapers, car wallpapers hd

(Lamborghini) In late 1991, a Lamborghini Formula One motor was used in the Konrad KM-011 Group C sports car, but the car only lasted a few races before the project was canceled. The same engine, re-badged a Chrysler, Lamborghini’s then-parent company, was tested by McLaren towards the end of the 1993 season, with the intent of using it during the 1994 season. Although driver Ayrton Senna was reportedly impressed with the engine’s performance, McLaren pulled out of negotiations, choosing a Peugeot engine instead, and Chrysler ended the project.

Two racing versions of the Diablo were built for the Diablo Supertrophy, a single-model racing series held annually from 1996 to 1999. In the first year, the model used in the series was the Diablo SVR, while the Diablo 6.0 GTR was used for the remaining three years. Lamborghini developed the Murci?lago R-GT as a production racing car to compete in the FIA GT Championship, the Super GT Championship and the American Le Mans Series in 2004. The car’s highest placing in any race that year was the opening round of the FIA GT Championship at Valencia, where the car entered by Reiter Engineering finished third from a fifth-place start. In 2006, during the opening round of the Super GT championship at Suzuka, a car run by the Japan Lamborghini Owners Club garnered the first victory (in class) by an R-GT. A GT3 version of the Gallardo has been developed by Reiter Engineering. A Murci?lago R-GT entered by All-Inkl.com racing, driven by Christophe Bouchut and Stefan M?cke, won the opening round of the FIA GT Championship held at Zhuhai International Circuit, achieving the first major international race victory for Lamborghini. lamborghini veneno, lambo aventador, gallardo lamborghini, Lamborghini wallpapers, huracan lamborghini

(Lamborghini Huracan)Hurac?n LP 580-2 (2016?2019)
Unveiled at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show, the Hurac?n LP 580-2 is a lower cost derivative of the Hurac?n LP 610-4 that differs mostly in having the 5.2 L V10 engine detuned to 427 kW (572 hp; 580 PS) and 533 N?m (393 lb?ft) of torque along with having a rear wheel drive drivetrain instead of the all-wheel drive drivetrain found in the standard Hurac?n. Lamborghini claims the car will accelerate from 0?100 km/h (0?62 mph) in 3.4 seconds and 0?200 km/h (0?124 mph) in 10.1 seconds. The top speed is claimed to be as high as 320 km/h (199 mph). It also features slight visual differences to the standard variant of the car – with a different front fascia and larger air vents at the rear of the car for improved brake cooling. The seven-speed dual-clutch transmission is the same as used in the standard LP 610-4. The base level LP 580-2 costs US$201,100, about US$40,000 less than the base level LP 610-4. Lamborghini Miura Development – best yellow Lamborghini Huracan wallpaper

(Lamborghini Miura) Development
During 1965, Lamborghini’s three top engineers, Gian Paolo Dallara, Paolo Stanzani and Bob Wallace put their own time into developing a prototype car known as the P400. The engineers envisioned a road car with racing pedigree, one which could win on the track and be driven on the road by enthusiasts. The three men worked on its design at night, hoping to convince company founder Ferruccio Lamborghini such a vehicle would neither be too expensive nor distract from the company’s focus. When finally brought aboard, Lamborghini gave his engineers a free hand in the belief the P400 was a potentially valuable marketing tool, if nothing more. lambo pictures, super car, supercars wallpaper, Lamborghini Miura wallpapers, car wallpaper

(Lamborghini Countach) Lamborghini engineers used the Evoluzione as a testbed for many other technologies during its existence. These included a 4WD drivetrain, electronically controlled ride height, active suspension, ABS, and retractable, low-drag windshield wipers.

Although contemporary publications mention the possibility of a limited production run based on the Evoluzione, the car never entered production. The single Countach Evoluzione prototype was destroyed by the Lamborghini factory during crash testing and no longer exists. lamborghini veneno wallpaper, supercar wallpaper, car wallpapers hd, Lamborghini Countach wallpapers, lamborghini aventador

(Lamborghini)Design
The exterior design incorporates a wedge shape, a trademark of famed automobile designer Marcello Gandini and mixes that with the design of the Terzo Millennio concept introduced two years prior. The Y shaped daytime running headlights are inspired by the Terzo Millennio while at the rear an active fixed rear wing with the number “63” embossed on its winglets to honour the company’s year of incorporation creates downforce. Downforce is maximised by the model’s prominent side air intakes and large carbon-fibre front splitter. A transparent “Peroscopio” glass panel runs from the centre of the roof and rolls back into the slatted engine cover adds light and visibility for the occupants, and the six hexagonal taillights are an inspiration from the Countach.

Along with the wing, active cooling vanes at the rear are used which are activated by a smart material that reacts to heat. When a certain temperature is reached, the vanes rotate for extra airflow.

The interior is based heavily on the Aventador’s interior, but the centre console has been tidied up and a portrait touchscreen first seen in the Hurac?n Evo is one of the key differences. The leather upholstery has been done by Poltrona Frau, an Italian furniture company and 3D printed parts are used on the interior for the first time.
