Lamborghini Huracan Technical information – super car Lamborghini

(Lamborghini Countach) The most radical change from the production Countach was a new chassis and body incorporating many composite materials, including Kevlar and carbon fibre-reinforced plastics and aluminum honeycomb panels. The tubular steel space frame chassis of the production Countach was completely replaced with a new composite unibody structure. The front trunk lid, rear engine cover, front air dam and wheel arches were made of carbon/Kevlar composite, while the fenders and doors used more conventional but still lightweight aluminum panels. Aerodynamic wheel covers made from composite materials were also tested but were found to increase heat build-up and brake fade. These changes resulted in a radical weight reduction of approximately 397 kg (876 lb) compared to the contemporary LP5000QV production model. The new body also reduced the drag coefficient by approximately 10%. The 1988 Countach Anniversary edition incorporated features of the Evoluzione body, including several composite panels and air intakes integrated into the lower door sills. lamborghini car, super car, lambo gallardo, Lamborghini Countach wallpapers, huracan performante

(Lamborghini Huracan)Technical information
The Hurac?n has an electronically controlled all-wheel drive system, which aims to increase the traction on various surfaces and the overall performance of the car. The car has a 7-speed dual clutch transmission, Lamborghini’s new ‘Doppia Frizione’ (Dual Clutch) gearbox. The transmission performs differently depending on the mode the driver has selected. The Hurac?n will only be available with an automatic transmission; a manual will not be offered.

The Hurac?n also has a magnetically controlled suspension system. It utilises magnetorheological dampers to very quickly change how the suspension acts, ensuring performance as well as usability.

The Huracan has various components in common with the second generation of the Audi R8. This is due to the sharing of Volkswagen’s sports car technology among both of the cars. Lamborghini Huracan wallpapers#SportsCar #Cars #lamborghini #SportsCars #gallardo
