There is some confusion over why and when the 850i became the 850Ci. The change happened around the introduction of the 850CSi and it is believed that BMW decided to include the “C” in the model name that denotes ‘Coupe’, just as two-door 3 Series cars alongside the 8 Series read 323Ci, 328Ci and so on. The confusion started when BMW installed the new M73B54 V12 engine in the car. This was not an immediate changeover, and indeed both the M70 and M73-engined cars rolled off the production lines side-by-side for about nine months in 1994, both named 850Ci.

The production model (internal designation Type 8N) was launched as a coup? in September 1998, followed by a roadster in August 1999. The Ferrari F60 America is a limited production roadster derivative of the F12, built to celebrate 60 years of Ferrari in North America. Production was limited to ten examples and according to the manufacturer, all were already spoken for at the time of the car’s public introduction in October 2014. The open-top configuration pays homage to US-only limited production convertible Ferraris of the past, such as the 275 GTS/4 NART Spider. Compared to the F12, the F60 has all-new bodywork; it uses a light removable soft top instead of a conventional convertible top. (Mitsubishi Evo)Evolution IV The Lancer platform was completely changed in 1996, and along with it, the Evolution, which had become extremely popular throughout the world. The engine and transaxle were rotated 180? to better balance the weight and eliminate torque steer.
There were two versions available, the RS and GSR. The RS version was produced as a competition car with a limited-slip front differential and a friction type LSD at the rear. It also came with GLX seats and a choice of either 16″ or 17″ OZ lightweight racing wheels. The RS also had wind up windows, optional air conditioning in some models, and a few extra brace bars to strengthen the chassis, one behind the front grill another across the boot floor and an aluminum rear strut tower brace.
The GSR and the RS shared a new twin scroll turbocharger which helped to improve response and increase power to 280 PS (206 kW; 276 hp) at 6,500 rpm and 330 N?m (243 lb?ft) torque at 4,000 rpm. (Toyota Supra)The Toyota Supra is a sports car and grand tourer manufactured by Toyota Motor Corporation beginning in 1978. The initial four generations of the Supra were produced from 1978 to 2002. The fifth generation has been produced since March 2019 and went on sale in May 2019. The styling of the Supra was derived from the Toyota Celica, but it was both longer and wider. Starting in mid-1986, the A70 Supra became a separate model from the Celica. In turn, Toyota also stopped using the prefix Celica and began calling the car Supra. Owing to the similarity and past of the Celica’s name, it is frequently mistaken for the Supra, and vice versa. A sports pack was available which included Sports exhaust identifiable by black exhaust tips in the rear bumper, Dynamic Ride Control (DRC) suspension. The Sports pack also came with the 20″ rotor design wheels as standard.
The sports exhaust, DRC suspension setting, steering, engine response, engine mapping and exhaust note are all adjustable using the ‘Drive Select’ feature which is a button on either the centre console or through the MMI display interface. Settings that can be selected are Comfort, Auto, Dynamic or Individual with the Individual setting allowing the driver to select any of comfort, auto or dynamic for a number of handling and performance options.
A Sound pack was also an option, the main feature being that of the Bang and Olufsen speaker system, uprated from the standard Audi sound system. The Bang & Olufsen system include 14 speakers and sub-woofers producing 500W.

In December 2011, Ferrari announced a special edition of the 599 GTB to celebrate 60 years of their wins in F1. From Froil?n Gonz?lez’s win at Silverstone in 1951 with the 375 F1, to Fernando Alonso’s win at Silverstone in 2011 in the 150? Italia, Ferrari have been winning hundreds of F1 races. (Toyota Hilux)Eighth generation (AN120, AN130; 2015?present) The eighth generation of the Toyota Hilux was officially introduced simultaneously on 21 May 2015 in Bangkok, Thailand and Sydney, Australia. However, the pickup truck was available for sale in the showrooms from October, 5 months after its official introduction.
The Thai, Laos, South East Asian and Cambodian market also adopted a new name, “Toyota Hilux Revo”. The Hilux uses the “Keen Look” design language that has already been used on the Toyota Corolla (E170) with slim projector headlights and LED DRL (Daytime Running Lights). The 1.7 liter four cylinder rear wheel-drive Mercedes-Benz 170 V (W136) was introduced in 1936 to replace the 1.7 liter six-cylinder Mercedes-Benz 170 (W15). Despite their similar engine capacities, the new car’s side-valve M136 was more powerful. The manual transmission was four speed synchromesh (having been upgraded from synchromesh in only the top two ratios in 1940). Claimed maximum power was 38 PS (28 kW; 37 hp) at 3,400 RPM at an initial compression ratio of 6:1. Mileage was 10 litres per 100 kilometres (28 mpg-imp; 24 mpg-US). The engine was attached using just two mountings and set the standard for smoothness for four-cylinder motors.
Bodywork options Most of the cars produced, and an even higher proportion of those that survive, were two- or four-door “Limousine” (saloon/sedan) bodied cars, but the range of different body types offered in the 1930s for the 170 V was unusually broad. A four-door “Cabrio-Limousine” combined the four doors of the four-door “Limousine” with a full length foldaway canvas roof.
Both the four door bodies were also available adapted for taxi work, with large luggage racks at the back. There was a two-door two-seater “Cabriolet A” and a two-door four-seater “Cabriolet B” both with luggage storage behind the seats and beneath the storage location of the hood when folded (but without any external lid for accessing the luggage from outside the car). A common feature of the 170 V bodies was external storage of the spare wheel on the car’s rear panel. The two-seater roadster featured a large flap behind the two seats with a thinly upholstered rear partition, and which could be used either as substantial luggage platform or as an additional – uncomfortable – bench, the mother-in-law seat.
In addition to the wide range of passenger far bodied 170 Vs, a small commercial variant was offered, either as a flatbed truck or with a box-body on the back. (Toyota)Toyota’s first hydrogen fuel-cell vehicles to be sold commercially, the Toyota Mirai (Japanese for “future”), was unveiled at the November 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show. In January 2015, it was announced that production of the Mirai fuel cell vehicle would increase from 700 units in 2015 to approximately 2,000 in 2016 and 3,000 in 2017. Sales in Japan began on December 15, 2014, at a price of ?6,700,000 (~US$57,400). The Japanese government plans to support the commercialization of fuel-cell vehicles with a subsidy of ?2,000,000 (~US$19,600). Retail sales in the U.S. began in August 2015 at a price of US$57,500 before any government incentives. Initially, the Mirai will only be available in California. The market release in Europe is slated for September 2015, and initially will be available only in the UK, Germany, and Denmark, followed by other countries in 2017.
