(Lamborghini Diablo) Lamborghini Kanto (1997)
After the rejection of Gandini’s design, many design propositions were made for the Diablo’s successor. Finally the design penned by Norihiko Harada, chief designer of Italian styling house Zagato was chosen.
The first running prototypes having Harada’s design began testing in 1997. In the early stages of the car’s development, the Kanto had utilised the engine taken from a Diablo SV before moving on to a more powerful and modified power plant. During testing at the Nard? test track in Italy, the Kanto had attained a top speed of 350 km/h (217 mph), although, this was never officially confirmed. huracan wallpaper, lamborghini wallpaper, supercars wallpaper, Lamborghini Diablo wallpapers, urus wallpaper
